The Sirman 34A3661105SI panini grill features a double design with grooved top and flat bottom plates to handle a variety of items at once. It provides (2) 14-1/2"W x 9-7/8"D cast iron cooking surfaces finished with Paninonstick® non-stick ceramic coating. An adjustable thermostat up to 570°F and a 15-minute timer give operators clear control over cooking cycles.
Adjustable self-balancing upper plates help streamline operation, while a removable drip tray supports quick cleanup between orders. A scraping brush is included, and the stainless steel body is built for the demands of professional use. Powered at 3000 watts, 220v/60, 15.7 amps, this unit is ETL and ETL-Sanitation listed.
