Product Description
The Sirman SA 150 (model 40004150) manual hamburger patty press forms 6" diameter patties in the 10 to 14 oz range. It features a stainless steel press assembly and anodized aluminum construction. A built-in portion sheet holder keeps liners within reach and includes a supply of wax paper for immediate use.
The patty piston release button simplifies ejection between presses to support efficient workflow. ETL-Sanitation listed, it is suited to chefs, operators, buyers, and facility managers focused on portion control and presentation.
