The Sirman P-ROLL 420/2 PLUS (model 40074228) is a countertop dough roller engineered for efficient, consistent sheet production. Its dual pass design uses two sets of parallel non-stick rollers to reduce and finish dough while minimizing sticking. A hook for rounded products supports shaping tasks, and the large roller diameters—12-1/2" on the top and 16-1/2" on the bottom—promote uniform results. The unit measures 20-1/4" x 12-1/2" x 22-1/2"H.
It produces 250 pieces per hour with a durable gear drive transmission. Side-mounted knurled metal rotary control knobs aid operator control. Safeguards include automatic shut off, an IP67 water/dust proof switch, and thermal overload protection with a reset button. The unit features AISI 304 stainless steel construction and a 1/2 HP motor rated 110v/60/1-ph at 3.4 amps.
