The Sirman 40151516 is an electric, hydraulic, vertical sausage stuffer built to streamline production. Its 32 lb. capacity and 7-7/8" diameter cylinder work with a flow dial regulator to maintain consistent filling. Automatic piston decompression and shut-off aid portion control, while the side-mounted foot switch enables hands-free operation for faster, more accurate casing work. A silicone gasket and stainless steel construction support daily, high-volume use.
Changeovers and cleanup are simplified with a removable cylinder, piston, and lid. An IP67 waterproof rating and dustproof protection switch help ensure reliable performance in wet prep areas. Power is delivered by a 3/4 HP fan-cooled motor with overload and no-volt release protection. The unit includes four stainless steel funnels (1/2", 5/8", 7/8", and 1-3/8") to cover multiple product sizes.
