The Somerset Industries CDR-1550 dough roller powers consistent, high-volume output with 15" synthetic rollers and a 1/2 HP drive. It sheets 500–600 pieces per hour up to 15" in diameter, helping standardize crusts and wraps at scale. Front operation streamlines loading and retrieval to keep production moving.
Built for rigorous commercial use, its heavy-duty all stainless steel construction and 4" adjustable stainless steel legs provide stability and easy cleaning. Spring-loaded synthetic scrapers remove quickly to speed sanitation between dough types. A large hopper accepts substantial dough portions to reduce reloading.
Manual roller adjustment lets staff dial in target thickness for pizzas, flatbreads, calzones, and pastry sheets. Safety sensors support safer workflows in pizzerias, bakeries, hotels, and institutional kitchens.
