Its 3-1/2" diameter x 20" synthetic non-stick rollers turn out 500–600 pieces per hour, creating rounds up to 20" in diameter with consistent thickness. Dial in your ideal crust using the simple handle adjustment to control dough thickness for pizzas, flatbreads, and more. Removable synthetic spring-loaded scrapers and non-stick rollers limit sticking and speed cleanup between batches.
