The Southbend 234R is a 34" double-deck radiant gas broiler engineered to accelerate high-volume production without sacrificing precision. Two independently controlled decks let chefs sear, finish, and stage multiple menu items at once to keep tickets moving during peak service. Expansive 24-1/2" x 28" broiling grids deliver the space needed for steaks, seafood, vegetables, and finishing oven-baked dishes.
Fine-tune results with four adjustable height positions that align food to the ideal heat zone for fast caramelization or gentle browning. With 220,000 BTU on tap, this unit provides the power to achieve consistent color and texture service after service.
