The Southbend HDG-72 countertop gas griddle is engineered to keep high-volume lines moving. A 72" W x 24" D cooking surface paired with a 1" thick polished steel plate promotes even heat for searing burgers, crisping hash browns, or finishing omelets. With 180,000 BTU, it recovers quickly so you can push through peak periods with confidence.
Thermostatic controls help you set and maintain target temperatures for consistent results shift after shift. Stainless steel front and sides and 4" adjustable legs support a clean, stable installation on your line. Battery spark ignition and a flame failure safety device streamline startup and enhance safety; CSA and NSF certifications aid compliance.
