Each burner is manually controlled for precise flame adjustment, giving chefs the responsiveness needed for delicate reductions or rapid recovery when firing proteins. Removable cast iron grates transfer heat efficiently and lift out quickly to speed end-of-shift cleaning. A removable crumb tray captures debris to keep the workspace tidy and compliant.
