The Southbend 4361C-2CR is a 36-inch gas restaurant range that unites two non-clog burners with a 24-inch right-side charbroiler to maximize line productivity. With 130,000 BTU of total firepower, it handles simultaneous searing, sautéing, and grilling during peak periods. Built for demanding kitchens, it balances throughput and control across the cooktop and broiler.
Grill steaks, burgers, or vegetables on the charbroiler while simmering sauces or blanching on the burners to keep tickets moving. A 22-1/2-inch flue riser with shelf stages pans and smallwares within reach to speed plating and transitions. Standing pilot ignition keeps the range ready for fast, repeatable starts.
