Deliver up to 150,000 BTU to sear, simmer, and roast in one footprint. It’s ideal for kitchens that need grill marks, sauté capability, and baking capacity at the same station.
Work efficiently with wavy grates for stable pan seating and a standing pilot for ready heat. The convection oven’s battery spark ignition lights fast and includes three racks to batch bake, finish steaks, or roast vegetables. Use the charbroiler to fire burgers and skewers while soups or sauces hold on the open burners.
Streamline workflow with the 22-1/2-inch flue riser shelf for staging sheet pans and tools. Durable stainless steel front, sides, and shelf with 6-inch adjustable legs simplify cleaning and leveling. CSA and NSF listed; qualifies for Southbend’s Service First™ Program.
