Work the burners on wavy grates while the griddle handles searing proteins or high-volume pancakes. A standing pilot keeps the top ready, and the convection oven’s battery spark ignition starts quickly; three included racks help stage multiple pans for baking and roasting. Use the integrated flue riser shelf to stage mise en place, sheet pans, or smallwares for faster ticket times.
Built for daily service, the unit features a stainless steel front, sides, and shelf, plus 6-inch adjustable legs for easy leveling on uneven floors. Safety and sanitation needs are supported by cCSAus, CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF listings. Qualifies for Southbend’s Service First Program.
