Drive your line with the Southbend 4362A-2GR ultimate restaurant range. This 36-inch gas unit combines two non-clog open burners with a right-side 24-inch griddle to consolidate sautéing, searing, and breakfast work on one footprint.
Use the convection oven with battery spark ignition to roast, bake, or finish sides while the top cooks. Three included racks offer flexible pan placement for batch production. A 22-1/2-inch flue riser with shelf provides extra staging space.
Wavy grates help stabilize pots and speed repositioning. Standing pilots keep the top ready to fire, and 134,000 BTU supports high-volume service. Durable stainless steel front, sides, and shelf plus 6-inch adjustable legs make cleaning and leveling straightforward.
