It merges two non-clog burners with wavy grates, a right-side 24-inch thermostatic griddle, and a convection oven with battery spark ignition to streamline your line. A standing pilot keeps the station ready for rapid turns during peak periods.
Sear and sauté on the open burners while holding steady temperatures on the griddle for eggs, smash burgers, or pancakes. Bake, roast, or finish in the convection oven using the three included racks to stage multiple sheet pans at once. This balanced configuration lets chefs and operators execute breakfast through dinner from one footprint.
Built for busy kitchens, it delivers 134,000 BTU, a 22-1/2-inch flue riser with shelf, and stainless steel front, sides, and shelf on 6-inch adjustable legs. Listed cCSAus, CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF. Qualifies for Southbend’s Service First™ Program.
