Drive consistency service after service: thermostatic controls regulate the griddle, a standing pilot keeps the top ready, and battery spark ignition lights the oven quickly. Boil stocks on the open burners, finish smash burgers on the griddle, and roast or reheat in the oven—all on one platform that simplifies ticket flow.
Built for daily demands, this range features a stainless steel front, sides, shelf, and 6-inch adjustable legs, plus a 22-1/2-inch flue riser with shelf for handy staging. With 147,000 BTU and cCSAus, CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF certifications, it’s engineered for commercial reliability. Qualifies for Southbend’s Service First™ Program.
