The Southbend 4363A-2CR is a 36-inch gas restaurant range that unites two star/sauté burners, a 24-inch right-side charbroiler, and a convection oven to accelerate line production. Chefs can sear steaks on the charbroiler while simmering reductions on the open burners, then finish sides or proteins in the even-heating oven. This integrated station reduces steps and keeps tickets moving during peak service.
Designed for daily dependability, the unit lights with a standing pilot on the top and battery spark ignition for the oven, helping crews fire up quickly. Standard grates and three oven racks support common pan sizes, while the 22-1/2-inch flue riser with shelf stages pans, spices, or smallwares within reach.
A stainless steel front, sides, and shelf withstand heavy use and clean easily, and 6-inch adjustable legs let you level the line. With 162,000 BTU of gas power, this range handles searing, sautéing, and roasting across busy restaurants, hotels, and institutional kitchens.
