The Southbend 4363A-2GR is a 36-inch gas range that unites two star/sauté burners, a right-side 24-inch griddle, and a convection oven to streamline your cookline. Simplify station changes and keep orders moving with responsive burner heat, a dependable standing pilot, and battery-spark ignition for the oven.
Sear proteins or whisk sauces on the star burners while the griddle handles eggs, sandwiches, and all-day menu favorites. Bake, roast, or retherm in the convection oven using the three included racks to stage multiple pans at once.
A 22-1/2-inch flue riser with shelf provides convenient landing space for pans and utensils, helping declutter the work zone. Durable stainless steel fronts and sides and 6-inch adjustable legs support daily cleaning and quick leveling alongside existing equipment. With 146,000 BTU on tap, the line keeps pace during peak service; this model qualifies for Southbend's Service First Program.
