Standard grates and a standing pilot deliver dependable readiness and quick station changes. The 22-1/2-inch flue riser with integrated shelf stages pans, spices, or plating tools within reach to tighten workflow. A cabinet base provides enclosed storage for sheet pans and smallwares.
