The Southbend 4364A-2GL ultimate restaurant range optimizes a compact 36-inch footprint with a smart blend of open-top cooking, a left-side 24-inch griddle, and a convection oven. A standing pilot and battery spark ignition for the oven streamline starts during busy shifts. Standard grates and clear, ergonomic layout help crews move from sear to plate with minimal delays.
Leverage the star/sauté burner for quick searing and sauté work while the non-clog burner handles steady simmering for sauces and stocks. Use the 24-inch griddle to push breakfast items, smash burgers, or tortillas without tying up burners; the convection oven beneath circulates heat for consistent roasts and bakes with three included racks.
Built for demanding kitchens, the stainless steel front, sides, and shelf clean easily, and 6-inch adjustable legs simplify leveling and under-unit sanitation. A 22-1/2-inch flue riser with shelf adds convenient landing space for pans and plating. Total output of 146,000 BTU supports high-volume production, and this model qualifies for Southbend’s Service First™ Program (see Service First document for details).
