The Southbend 4364A-2GR is a 36-inch gas ultimate restaurant range designed to streamline busy lines and maximize cooking stations in one footprint. A right-side 24-inch griddle, two top burners, and a convection oven work together to keep orders moving. Use it to handle breakfast service, short-order menus, and prep without shuffling between separate units.
Sear or sauté on the star/sauté burner, keep sauces steady on the non-clog burner, and slide to the griddle for smash burgers, pancakes, or finishing melts. The convection oven with battery spark ignition lets you bake and roast while the top stays active, supporting efficient, parallel workflows.
A standing pilot keeps the cooktop ready for service. Durable stainless steel front, sides, and shelf hold up to daily use, while the 22-1/2-inch flue riser with shelf keeps pans and tools within reach. With 146,000 BTU and three included racks, this range supports demanding production in commercial kitchens.
