A front star/sauté burner pairs with a non-clog burner for responsive pan work, while the right-side 24-inch griddle with thermostatic controls holds precise temps for all-day searing, toasting, or breakfast service.
A convection oven with battery spark ignition turns out evenly cooked roasts, baked sides, and sheet-pan entrees, supported by three included racks to stage multiple items at once. Standing pilots keep stations ready, helping chefs move from sauté to griddle to oven without breaking pace.
Stainless steel front, sides, and shelf withstand heavy use, and a 22-1/2-inch flue riser with shelf adds convenient pan or spice storage within reach. Adjustable 6-inch legs simplify leveling across varied floors and align the range with adjacent equipment. Qualifies for Southbend’s Service First™ Program.
