Two star/sauté burners pair with two non-clog burners to move from rapid searing to steady simmering without swapping stations. A 12-inch left-side griddle expands the hot line for eggs, smash burgers, or toasting buns.
Keep service flowing with a standing pilot that speeds startup and light-offs between turns. Standard grates support common pan sizes, while the cabinet base organizes sheet pans, smallwares, or backup mise within arm’s reach. The 22-1/2-inch flue riser with integrated shelf adds pass-ready staging above the cook surface.
Built for daily punishment, the stainless steel front, sides, and shelf clean fast and resist corrosion, and 6-inch adjustable legs level the unit on uneven floors.
