Sear steaks or fish on the 24 in charbroiler while you sauté sauces on the star/saute burner and simmer stocks on the non-clog burner. Standard grates support heavy pans, and a standing pilot keeps heat at the ready for fast turnarounds. This configuration helps reduce bottlenecks during peak periods.
A stainless steel front, sides, and shelf stand up to daily wear, while 6 in adjustable legs level the unit on uneven floors. The cabinet base provides convenient storage, and a 22-1/2 in flue riser with shelf stages pans, spices, and smallwares within arm’s reach.
