A 24-inch left-side griddle teams with one star/sauté burner and one non-clog burner to handle searing, sautéing, and all-day grilling. Standard grates and a standing pilot help keep service moving.
Sear steaks on the star/sauté burner while the griddle cranks out eggs, pancakes, or smash burgers, and hold sauces steady on the non-clog burner. The cabinet base keeps frequently used pans and smallwares within reach, streamlining your station. A 22-1/2-inch flue riser with shelf adds handy plating and utensil staging space.
Built with stainless steel front and sides, this gas range cleans quickly and presents a professional line.
