Standard grates support heavy cookware and smooth repositioning during rush periods. A standing pilot keeps the burners ready between orders, reducing downtime and helping crews move from prep to plate without hesitation.
Bake, roast, or finish in the standard oven featuring battery spark ignition, and use the included rack to stage pans. The 22-1/2-inch flue riser with shelf adds convenient landing space, while the stainless steel front, sides, and shelf clean easily and resist wear; 6-inch adjustable legs simplify leveling on uneven floors. This model qualifies for Southbend's Service First Program.
