Move seamlessly from the top to the oven with a standard oven featuring battery spark ignition for quick, reliable starts. The standing pilot keeps the range ready during rushes, while the included rack supports batch roasting or holding.
Stage pans and smallwares on the 22-1/2" flue riser shelf to streamline plating and keep the workspace clear. A stainless steel front, sides, and shelf pair with 6" adjustable legs for durability and easy leveling, and 205,000 BTU total input supports demanding workflows. Qualifies for Southbend's Service First Program.
