The Southbend 4481AC-2CL ultimate restaurant range consolidates four non-clog burners, a left-side 24-inch charbroiler, a convection oven, and a cabinet base into a versatile 48-inch gas platform. It equips busy kitchens to manage sautéing, searing, roasting, and holding without sacrificing line space.
Sear steaks and burgers on the charbroiler while simmering sauces on the open burners, then bake or roast with even heat in the convection oven. Stage pans and smallwares on the flue riser shelf to speed plating and keep the cookline organized. Standing pilot readiness and battery spark ignition support consistent service through peak periods.
