The Southbend 4481AC-2GR restaurant range streamlines busy lines with a balanced mix of four non-clog burners, a 24-inch right-side griddle, and a convection oven with battery spark ignition. Standing pilots keep the top ready between turns. A 212,000 BTU total input supports simultaneous sautéing, searing, and griddling during peak periods.
Optimize workflow with standard grates for smooth pan movement and a 22-1/2-inch flue riser with shelf to stage pans or smallwares. The cabinet base keeps essentials within reach to reduce steps. Stainless steel front and sides simplify wipe-downs and stand up to daily use.
Leverage the three included racks to bake, roast, or finish orders in the convection cavity while the top stays in production. Six-inch adjustable legs help level the unit on uneven floors. Qualifies for Southbend’s Service First™ Program.
