The Southbend 4482AC-2GL is a 48-inch gas restaurant range that unites four non-clog burners, a left-side 24-inch griddle, and a convection oven with a cabinet base. Streamline line service by searing, sautéing, and griddling up front while baking or roasting in the oven below. Configure stations so cooks can execute breakfast, lunch, and dinner without leaving the line.
Deliver steady heat with a total 188,000 BTU output. Wavy grates and standing pilots support rapid pan movements and continuous, ready-to-fire operation, while the convection oven lights via battery spark ignition for quick starts.
A 22-1/2-inch flue riser with a heavy-duty shelf keeps pans and spices within reach, boosting plating speed. Stainless steel front, sides, and shelf plus 6-inch adjustable legs stand up to daily cleaning and make leveling simple.
