The left-side 24-inch griddle with thermostatic controls holds target temps for consistent eggs, pancakes, or searing proteins.
Bake and roast evenly in the convection oven with battery spark ignition; three racks are included for flexible pan layouts. Stage sheet pans, smallwares, or plated garnishes on the 22-1/2-inch flue riser’s heavy-duty shelf to keep the line organized. A cabinet base consolidates storage under the cooktop to free up valuable aisle space.
Built with a stainless steel front and sides and set on 6-inch adjustable legs, this unit installs cleanly on varied floors and stands up to daily cleaning.
