It unites four non-clog burners with wavy grates, a right-side 24-inch thermostatic griddle, and a convection oven, delivering a total of 188,000 BTU to keep tickets moving. Standing pilots and battery spark ignition on the oven support fast, reliable starts throughout service.
Streamline workflow across dayparts: simmer sauces and sear proteins on the open burners, handle burgers and breakfast on the griddle, and finish roasting or baking in the convection oven using the three included racks. A 22-1/2-inch flue riser with heavy-duty shelf keeps pans and tools staged within arm’s reach for efficient plating and turnover.
Built for the rigors of the line, this range features a stainless steel front, sides, and shelf, plus 6-inch adjustable legs for quick leveling. It qualifies for Southbend’s Service First™ program and meets cCSAus, CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF standards for professional kitchens.
