In a 48-inch footprint, it combines (2) non-clog burners, a 36-inch right-side charbroiler, and a convection oven to coordinate multiple tickets with ease.
Grill steaks and chops on the charbroiler while simmering sauces on the wavy grates, then finish sides or roast in the convection oven with battery spark ignition. A standing pilot supports consistent readiness, and the stainless steel front, sides, and shelf withstand busy line conditions and fast cleanups.
