Engineered for busy lines, the Southbend 4482AC-3GL 48-inch gas restaurant range combines two non-clog burners, a 36-inch left-side griddle, and a convection oven to streamline cooking from sauté to sear to bake. Chefs can work sauces and sides on wavy grates while turning high-volume griddle orders and roasting in the oven—without breaking station flow. A cabinet base keeps essentials within reach for faster service.
Deliver consistent results with 150,000 BTU of total firepower, a standing pilot on the cooktop for ready-to-go ignition, and battery spark ignition on the convection oven for reliable starts. The oven includes three racks to handle multiple sheet pans or hotel pans during peak periods.
Built for the rigors of commercial kitchens, this range features a stainless steel front, sides, and shelf, plus a 22-1/2-inch flue riser shelf for staging pans or plating. Six-inch adjustable legs help level the unit and simplify cleaning underneath. Certified cCSAus, CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF, and qualifies for Southbend’s Service First™ Program.
