This balanced layout streamlines searing, sautéing, and griddling on the same footprint to keep tickets moving during breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Wavy grates steady pans and promote even heat transfer, while standing pilots keep burners ready between rushes. The convection oven fires with battery spark ignition and delivers dependable bake and roast results across three included racks.
Built for the rigors of the line, it features a stainless steel front, sides, and shelf over a 22-1/2-inch flue riser, plus 6-inch adjustable legs for quick leveling. A cabinet base adds on-board storage, and total input of 150,000 BTU supports high-volume production. Qualifies for Southbend’s Service First™ program.
