Built to streamline busy kitchens, the Southbend 4482AC-3TR unites two non-clog open burners, a right-side 36-inch thermostatic griddle, and a convection oven in a 48-inch footprint. This gas restaurant range lets chefs move from sauté to sear to bake without disrupting workflow.
Stabilize pans on wavy grates while simmering sauces or firing à la minute orders, then turn to the griddle for burgers, breakfast, or high-volume searing. The convection oven with battery spark ignition offers consistent results and includes three racks to stage multiple items.
A cabinet base provides convenient dry storage, while the 22-1/2-inch flue riser with shelf keeps tools and pans within reach. Stainless steel surfaces and 6-inch adjustable legs support durability, sanitation, and fast leveling, and 150,000 BTU of total input keeps production on pace through peak service.
