This 48-inch gas platform combines targeted burner variety with a convection oven to accelerate ticket times and keep workflows moving during peak service. Stainless steel surfaces and 6-inch adjustable legs simplify cleaning and leveling between shifts.
Stage sauces, sear proteins, and rapid-boil on demand with a right-side power section that pairs (3) non-clog burners with standard grates up front and (2) pyromax burners in back. On the left, (2) non-clog burners with wavy grates handle sauté, simmer, or specialty pans. A standing pilot keeps the top ready, while the oven’s battery spark ignition delivers quick starts without reliance on line power.
Roast, bake, or finish in the integrated convection oven with the included three racks, then hold smallwares within reach in the cabinet base. The 22-1/2-inch flue riser with shelf provides extra staging space for pans and plating tools, helping chefs and foodservice operators maintain clean, efficient stations.
