Roast, bake, or finish with confidence in the convection oven featuring battery spark ignition for quick startups. Stage hot pans and keep essentials close on the 22-1/2" flue riser with shelf, and load multiple items at once with the included (3) racks to streamline production.
Built for the rigors of the line, the stainless steel front, sides, and shelf clean down quickly, while 6" adjustable legs make leveling simple. The integrated cabinet base organizes pans and smallwares to free up workspace. With 246,000 BTU on tap, this range keeps pace during peak service.
