Four non-clog burners with wavy grates drive precise sauté and simmer control while a right-side 24 inch charbroiler handles searing and signature grill marks. A standard oven expands capacity for roasting, baking, and finishing.
Harness 217,000 total BTU to move from pans to the charbroiler and into the oven without disrupting workflow. The 22-1/2 inch flue riser with shelf keeps tools and smallwares within reach to accelerate plating and pass. Battery spark ignition on the oven and standing pilots on the top keep stations ready when the rush hits.
Durable stainless steel front, sides, and shelf plus 6 inch adjustable legs simplify cleaning and leveling. A cabinet base supports organized station setup, and the included rack gets you cooking right away.
