Standing pilot and battery spark ignition on the oven keep service moving with minimal downtime.
Sear and sauté on the open burners while you grill on the griddle, then finish in the oven without leaving the line. Wavy grates support pan movement, and the 22-1/2-inch flue riser shelf lets you stage cookware or plating essentials within reach. Set griddle surface temperatures to match breakfast, lunch, or dinner workflows.
