Engineered for busy lines, the Southbend 4482EE-2CR ultimate restaurant range combines four non-clog open burners, a right-side 24-inch charbroiler, and two space-saver ovens to streamline multi-course production. Deliver consistent heat with 262,000 total BTU while switching from sauté to char to bake without leaving the station.
Wavy grates support steady pan movement, and standing pilots keep burners ready for rushes. Battery spark ignition on the ovens helps maintain workflow through repeated cycles.
A 22-1/2-inch flue riser with integrated shelf stages pans and tools, while stainless steel front and sides and 6-inch adjustable legs simplify cleaning and leveling. Includes one rack per oven and qualifies for Southbend’s Service First Program.
