Backed by 246,000 BTU, the cooktop transitions from sauces to high-volume pan work with confidence. Wavy grates support stable pan movement, while a standing pilot keeps the top ready between turns. Battery spark ignition on the ovens helps crews fire up quickly for batch baking and roasting.
A 22-1/2 inch flue riser with shelf adds convenient staging for pans and plating. Stainless front, sides, and shelf withstand the rigors of the line, and 6-inch adjustable legs make leveling straightforward.
