Drive high-volume service with the Southbend 4482EE-5R Ultimate restaurant range. This 48-inch gas platform combines (3) non-clog burners at the front right, (2) pyromax burners at the back right, and (2) non-clog burners on the left beneath durable wavy grates. A standing pilot keeps the top ready, while 323,000 BTU total output powers through peak periods.
Assign stations with precision—use pyromax burners for rapid boils and high-heat searing, while non-clog burners handle sauté and simmer work. Two space saver ovens with battery spark ignition let you bake or roast without sacrificing line space. The 22-1/2 inch flue riser with shelf stages pans and smallwares within reach.
Built for daily service with a stainless steel front, sides, and shelf, plus 6-inch adjustable legs for leveling on uneven floors. Each oven includes one rack to start production, and the unit is CSA and NSF listed. Qualifies for Southbend’s Service First™ program.
