The Southbend 4482EE-6L from the Ultimate Restaurant range is a 48-inch gas workhorse engineered for busy lines that need flexible heat and reliable baking power. A balanced mix of (3) star/sauté burners up front, (2) pyromax burners behind, and (2) non-clog burners on the right streamlines station setup and ticket flow. Two space saver ovens expand capacity without giving up valuable line space.
Sear proteins over intense pyromax heat, sauté or sauce on the star tops, and hold steady simmers on the non-clog burners—all under durable wavy grates. A standing pilot keeps the top ready between rushes, while battery spark ignition simplifies oven startups. Run pans, griddles, and stock pots side by side to pace service efficiently.
Built with a stainless steel front, sides, and shelf, this range stands up to daily rigors and cleans down quickly. The 22-1/2-inch flue riser with shelf adds handy pan storage, and 6-inch adjustable legs help you level on uneven floors. Each oven includes one rack, and the unit carries CSA and NSF listings.
