Bake, roast, or retherm in the convection oven with reliable battery spark ignition, then stage pans on the 22-1/2-inch flue riser shelf. Use the cabinet base to keep inserts and tools within reach, reducing trips off the line. Standard grates support common pan sizes for fast changeovers.
