Designed for busy lines, the Southbend 4483AC-2GR combines a 48-inch gas restaurant range with four star/sauté burners, a 24-inch right-side griddle, and a convection oven. This all-in-one platform lets chefs sauté, sear, and griddle while baking or roasting, accelerating ticket times and simplifying workflow.
Standing pilots speed burner startup, while the convection oven’s battery spark ignition delivers reliable lighting. Three included racks support batch cooking, and the 22-1/2" flue riser with shelf keeps frequently used items close at hand. A cabinet base helps consolidate storage to reduce steps during service.
Stainless steel front, sides, and shelf withstand daily cleaning in high-use kitchens, and 6" adjustable legs make leveling straightforward. With 212,000 BTU of total input, this range delivers the heat demanded by restaurants, institutions, and catering operations.
