The Southbend 4483AC-3GL is a 48-inch gas restaurant range that combines a 36-inch left-side griddle, two star/saute burners with standard grates, and a convection oven. Output is 162,000 BTU. A standing pilot keeps the top ready, and battery spark ignition makes the oven simple to light.
A 22-1/2 inch flue riser with shelf provides staging space above the unit. The cabinet base and three included racks support organized workflow. Stainless steel front, sides, and shelf pair with 6-inch adjustable legs for a clean look and easy leveling. Certifications include cCSAus, CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF.
