A balanced cooktop pairs three front-right star/saute burners with two back-right Pyromax power burners and two left-side star/saute burners, enabling simultaneous searing, sautéing, and boiling. The convection oven with battery spark ignition supports batch roasting and baking, while the cabinet base keeps essentials within reach.
Streamline the line: put the Pyromax burners on stockpots and heavy kettles while the star/saute sets handle sauces and à la minute work. Three included racks expand oven versatility for roasting proteins or finishing pans, and the 22-1/2" flue riser with shelf stages pans and smallwares without crowding the work surface.
Built for daily service, this range features a stainless steel front, sides, and shelf with 6" adjustable legs for easy leveling and cleaning access.
