Built for high-volume lines, the Southbend 4483AC-7L 48" gas restaurant range delivers 258,000 BTU to keep tickets moving. Four pyromax burners on the left power rapid boiling, searing, and wok-style cooking, while two star/sauté burners on the right fine-tune sauces and à la minute work.
Boost throughput with a convection oven featuring battery spark ignition and three racks—ideal for roasting proteins, baking sides, or finishing trays during peak service. A cabinet base on the opposite side keeps smallwares and pans close to the action to streamline workflow.
The 22-1/2" flue riser with shelf creates convenient staging for ladles, pans, and garnishes, enhancing line organization. Durable stainless steel front and sides simplify cleaning, and 6" adjustable legs help you level the unit for a safe, stable setup.
