Streamline production with a built-in convection oven ignited by a battery spark system, ideal for roasting, baking, and finishing. The oven includes three racks to stage multiple pans at once, helping chefs move seamlessly from the range top to the bake cavity.
A 22-1/2-inch flue riser with shelf provides handy staging for pans and tools, while the cabinet base keeps essentials within reach. Stainless steel front, sides, and shelf clean quickly and present well on the line. With 258,000 BTU and 6-inch adjustable legs, this range supports high output and easy alignment in any cookline.
