Sear proteins and sauté sauces on the standard-grate burners while you mark steaks or finish vegetables on the charbroiler. Bake pans or roast in the compact ovens; battery spark ignition speeds starts, and each cavity ships with one rack for immediate use. A 22-1/2-inch flue riser with shelf stages pans and smallwares to tighten your workflow.
